OUR APROACH
Design that goes beyond choosing colors
At USAT homes, design is part of the renovation process -not an afterthought.
Our design team works directly with our construction team, so the space we design is also practical to build.
We help with layout, tile, flooring, cabinets, countertops, plumbing, fixtures, lighting, hardware, paint colors and finishing details.
Because your designer and renovation team work together, decisions can be made with your budget, space and construction requirements in mind from the beginning.
